2027 Total Maximum Out-of-Pocket Amounts
Pursuant to Section 1302(c)(4) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released the limits for total maximum out-of-pocket amounts (including deductibles, medical co-payments, prescription drug co-payments, and coinsurance, but not premiums) for 2027:

These limits are effective the first day of the PPACA compliance year on or after January 1, 2027. Please note, in some cases a plan’s compliance year and benefit year may not coincide.
